Join Karin Stanley, Irish born sculptor and garden designer, C. Colston Burrell, and the Minnesota State Horticultural Society for an exclusive, behind the scenes tour to gardens of the Emerald Isle. Karin will lead us on an enchanting and distinctive jaunt through some of Ireland's most stunning gardens. Because of her personal connections, nurtured through family acquaintances and years of garden visits, we have special access to a splendid variety of gardens in this Island of Edens.

Ireland has a broad range of planting zones due to the Gulf Stream, which allows an extraordinary diversity of plants to thrive, creating the verdant grandeur for which Ireland is famous. From walled gardens with Robinsonian planting and cloistered spaces designed with an artist’s eye, to the romantic castles and outstanding botanical gardens, this tour exemplifies the best of Irish architecture, landscapes, and gardens.
