If you need access to passport forms, or have general passport questions, U.S. citizens should visit the U.S. Passport federal website at  travel.state.gov.

REMARKS: Carlson Wagonlit Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary, class of service, and the method of transportation, all without prior notice, to the extent that such services and accommodations offered cannot be supplied due to delay or other causes beyond the control of Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Further, Carlson Wagonlit Travel reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any participant should such person's health or deportment impede the operation of the trip or safety and enjoyment of any other participant. In such case, no refund will be made for unused land tour services should such person be required to depart the trip. Carlson Wagonlit Travel reserves the right to make changes that might become necessary or deemed to be in the best interest of the tour. No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance information is available for concerns such as trip cancellation, emergency evacuation, travel accident/illness, baggage damage or loss, and terrorist incidents. Please review carefully the terms and conditions of the travel insurance policy should you choose to purchase insurance. Travel insurance questions may be answered by the specific travel insurance company by calling the phone number on the brochure. If you did not receive a brochure, please contact Carlson Wagonlit Travel at 763-852-8162. If you decline to purchase travel insurance, you are assuming responsibility for any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements and tour.

RESPONSIBILITY: Carlson Wagonlit Travel acts only as an agent for the suppliers named in your itinerary or brochure. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Carlson Wagonlit Travel shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. We have no special knowledge regarding the suitability for disabled persons of any portion of any tour, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning travel advisories at international destinations, visit travel.state.gov. For medical information, we recommend contacting the Centers for Disease Control at 800-CDC-INFO. You hereby release us from any claims of liability or harm resulting in whole or in part from causes not within our control. Air and land carriers used in connection with tours are not to be held liable for any act, omission, or even during the time the passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. The passenger contract in use by the airlines or land carriers concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the purchaser of airline tickets or land transportation. Surcharges, fees and taxes are not guaranteed and are subject to change.

SUPPLIER DEFAULT/BANKRUPTCY: If a supplier declares bankruptcy, cancels or postpones service or otherwise fails to provide or perform the services you have purchased, it is the supplier, and not the travel agent, that is legally responsible to you. Refunds or reparations must come directly from the supplier or the bankruptcy court. Carlson Wagonlit Travel will do everything we can to assist you.
