            Main Program Dates Land-only Tour Price*:
           
  • Double Occupancy: $5,995 per person
  • Single Occupancy supplement: $1,725 per person
       
      *Price is based on a minimum of 16 participants. Airfare from your home city to South Africa is not included. Carlson Wagonlit Travel air coordinators will assist you with flight reservations.  
       
      Optional Victoria Falls Extension Land-only Tour Price** 
      
  • Double Occupancy: $1,550 per person
  • Single Occupancy supplement: $300 per person
       
      **Price is based on a minimum of 10 participants. Airfare from your home city to South Africa for main program dates, and from Johannesburg to Victoria Falls for the extension dates are not included. Carlson Wagonlit Travel air coordinators will assist you with flight reservations. 
             
      Airfare Estimates/Options: 
      We have arranged round trip, group flights on South African Airways from Washington-Dulles airport. This group block includes your Trans-Atlantic and inter-South Africa flights. The estimated airfare cost is $2,100 per person for the main program dates (October 28 - November 13, 2018) and $2,475 per person for the optional extension (November 12 - 16, 2018), including all taxes and surcharges. Actual flight costs will be determined when the minimum group size is achieved and ticketing can begin. It is the traveler's responsibility to get to the Washington-Dulles airport in time for the group flights. There is an additional cost for round trip flights from your home city to Washington-Dulles. CWT air coordinators can provide quotes and ticketing upon request.

            All cancellations must be received in writing and are effective upon receipt in our office.

            Airfare, once ticketed, is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
            Trip cancellation insurance is available and strongly recommended. Please contact Carlson Wagonlit Travel for details.
             
            Making Tour Payments: 
            Once you register, you will be emailed an invoice. You may make your tour payments by phone with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or mail a check payable to Carlson Wagonlit Travel to:

            If you wish to pay by credit card, please call 800-533-0324 to give the information over the phone. Once payment is processed, we shred your credit card information. We do not keep this on file.
       
       
      

Registration is subject to availability. Airfare, fuel surcharges, fees and air taxes are subject to change until ticketed. Should numbers fall below a minimum of 16 participants, Carlson Wagonlit Travel reserves the right to re-price or cancel the tour.
